Shaping a Responsible Future - with Scotland's Tourism Industry

A virtual roundtable panel discussion will see UK based industry speakers come together during COP26 in Glasgow. This panel discussion event will be streamed virtually for international audience attendance.

It will feature key Scottish industry representatives with a shared Responsible Travel agenda, those who have expressed an interest in using this platform to share their product, their responsible ‘strategic framework’ and their ambition for growth in marketable and relevant Responsible Tourism product.

Also included will be commercial & strategic partners from the travel industry: airline/ferry/rail partners who are critical in the Responsible Travel narrative and pertinent to the COP26 agenda.

As well as industry representatives we will look to involve UK based representatives from North American & European TOs & DMCs, businesses critical in the development of ‘Responsible’ tourism product and its promotion and conversion to bookings in our international markets.

The panel will be competed with attendance by UK travel trade media who are critical to the communication of developments and opportunities aligned to this agenda.
