Scotland's Race to Zero

Since the launch of the Race to Zero campaign in June 2020, 226 Scottish companies have signed up, making their pledge to reach net zero before 2050. For Scotland to achieve its net zero ambitions we all need to act now.

Many forward-thinking businesses are at the forefront of climate action and these are the businesses which will also help us to achieve a prosperous net zero economy. This inspiring flagship event at COP will shine a spotlight on the Race to Zero campaign, its success and demonstrate to the world the capabilities present across all industries and sectors to make a fair, just transition to net zero. It will be a catalyst to help us accelerate Scotland’s net zero transition by helping many more businesses commit to and realise their own net zero ambitions – delivering a legacy for Scotland.
